Is there any OS/2 app that can take a WAV file as an input

Since Warp 4, OS/2 has come with a digital audio editor. On my eCS
system, it is in the Programs folder, then in the Multimedia folder. It
is labeled Digital Audio. Just double click it.
I know nothing more about it than that....
It's pretty basic. No FFT capability.
Something called FFTPM is present on Hobbes. Not that beast, it's
simple - too bad it's interface is only in German, but you have four
windows, sample rate up to 44100 Hz, update rate up to - IIRC - 1 per
second or faster (?), input from microphone or audio IN.
I used it some time ago, I need to reopen it to make some experiments
on singer's voices...

I made a search for "FFT" on Hobbes and the closest thing I found was
a library for FFT. Are you sure you wasn't talking about MMSCOPE?
I have it but it seems only a real time tool, no way to replay
some WAV over and over.
