I have a licensed copy of RSJ. When I installed eCS 1.2, including RSJ,
I provided my license key, and I've used it ever since, with no problems.
When the key is supplied, it becomes fully functional. I generally burn
music CD's, and I've done so using both the CD burner and the DVD burner
on my now 16 month old PC.
Your experience with RSJ when reporting problems seems typical. I have
had slow responses, and I have read about several others who have had
very slow response to their questions. On the other hand, it seems as
if most RSJ questions / problems do eventually get answered.
Thanks, Colin, in that case I'll keep my judgment on hold for a while.
It'll be interesting to see if there are any 'yes' responses to my ques-
tion.
