I did it one time, then I started having trouble. I can attach a

I have seen this happen with RSJ 5.05 when there is insufficient free space on
the drive where RSJ has its cache. As long as there is about 1.8GB of free
space or more I never have a problem.
The partition where the RSJ cache has 19 G available, so that
shouldn't be a problem. I should have also mentioned that I get a
complaint that the system can't copy the file where it croaks - it
can't copy amous.zip???
The system keeps running a
little while longer and then eCenter shows about four spikes of heavy
CPU useage. The system then locks up hard - hard enough to have to do
a back-of-the-box power down and reboot.
Also if you have enough space for a complete image of your entire dvd as well as
the source data from which it is built, you could use mkisofs to build the iso
image and dvddao to burn it. First set up a directory tree containing all the
files you want to burn to the dvd. Then use the commands described below.

This might be worth a try as I do have plenty of space available.
I'll give it a go and see.
Thanks for the response,
Jerry
