Dave Williams DOSREF33. Search for dosref33.zip. (Simtel and Garbo
mirrors, DOS sites etc.).
Also, search for dospgref.zip.
You might also want to find copies of the DPMI 0.9 and 1.0 specifications,
and perhaps LIM EMS.
