Well, there's me ;-)

I think the key issues are that (1) there are a few bugs that need
fixing, and (2) I've been really busy. Otherwise, I'm tempted to just
copy the existing 2.04 as-is and let the bug fixes wait for a quick
2.05.


I guess we could otherwise wait indefinitely...
