It may be where I got it from. the files are zipped but the sizes are
large enough.

The file rcsdsrc.zip contains sources. the Makefile says :
# Makefile for KA9Q TCP/IP package for PC clones with Borland C

the Revision is 1.57 from May 9th 1993.

So, it is specific for PC's. There are 158 .c source files, so it is
quite a package. But the TCP/IP stack itself must be among them....
