Converting files from boss br-8, .vs3 and .vr8

Hey,
does anyone know how to convert the vs3 or vr8 files into wav, mp3, wma
or really any file that i could use on the computer so i dont need the
mixer to do it. The files have been copied directly off the zip disks
through a zip drive onto the computer. Any help will be greatly
appreciated.
