Re: Burning DVD with Winfast PVR - a problem

Hi Mr Chuck
I have now successfully taken a VHS tape and burned it to DVD.
I recorded using Winfast, without going through Nero, then used Nero. Nero
showed that my recording needed about 1.5 DVDs, but also offered the option
of compressing down to a single DVD. This worked and the quality is
acceptable, and without sync problems. I also found that Nero will burn
double density DVDs, but for the time being that is no use to me. My next
effort is a longer film and try to burn it to 2 DVDs as I think real heavy
compression may impar the quality too much.
Thanks for you encouragement and advice
