Re: specify sending server IP for domain inbound mail?

I have a mail server hosting a bunch of domains with your normal clamav,
minimal free spam filtering and I now have a commercial hardware spam/av
filter to use as MX for domains.
I'm charging extra for the commercial filter since it's very expensive. So
to keep from moving pop accounts to a new server and all that, I would just
like to make the old MX server not accept mail for that domain anymore
unless it's from the new filter.
It's one of those things that sounds like I can just add an entry in the
access table or something that simple, but the action is not something most
people would need to do I guess.

I have replaced a domain's MX record with another to filter spam for it

Is there a way for Sendmail on the final destination server to accept
E-mail for that domain only from the spam filter IP and no other server?
Thanks,

Run a second instance of Sendmail on a different port than 25 and use a
packet filter to allow incoming connections only from your hardware
device. This requires the hardware device be able to send out on a
non-standard port.
But I'm curious - what purpose does the Sendmail server have when it is
fronted by the hardware device?
