masquerade Q

I just had a piece of mail rejected (OK, deferred, but it won't go through
unless I fix the issue):
======================
.... while talking to lists.minigui.net.:
>>>>>> DATA
<<< 450 <tooth.seiner.lan>: Helo command rejected: Host not found
<minigui-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... Deferred: 450 <tooth.seiner.lan>: Helo command rejected: Host not found
<<< 554 Error: no valid recipients
Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours
Will keep trying until message is 5 days old
======================
tooth.seiner.lan is the hostname of the mail server. It sits behind a
firewall and has an intentionally 'bad' hostname as it is NAT'ed and
doesn't have a routable IP. (Actually seiner.lan is my internal network.)
How do I get it to identify itself as mail.seiner.com in the 'HELO'
command?
TIA,
--Yan
