Well, sendmail has no way of knowing how it got there, but the point is
that if you are the primary MX for a domain, your config should specify
how mail for that domain should be processed - read the first section
after "How can I solve this problem?" in the FAQ entry again...

It never gets there - it doesn't even look in the virtusertable, since
nothing in your config says that ourcustomer.org should be looked up
there.
