Your .procmailrc isn't (generally) used for outgoing mail. If you're
just doing this for your account, it would be much easier to configure
your mail program to save your sent messages. Just about everything out
there, from /bin/mail to Pine to Thunderbird, can do this for you.

It is possible to filter outgoing mail through procmail, and there are
examples of that in the procmail documenation. But I don't think this
is what you want.
