First you have to figure out what you want to do... Here's the
problem: a mail is sent to a "spam hater" and a "spam friend": what do
you want to do when you want to reject it due to the Subject?

After you solved that, you look at the way the spam hater/friend
is implemented in proto.m4 and "duplicate" it...
