I'm sorry, Dinesh, but I didn't detect anything rude or incisive in
Mark's message.

It's perfectly natural for people from all over the world to have
different ways of communicating, but that's no excuse for imagining that
an insult was intended.

Should I take offense at your words? Just because I find it strange (I
go out of my way to spell "people" instead of "ppl," for example)
doesn't mean you *intend* to offend anybody. I'm sure you're not lazy,
you just have a different writing style.

But I'm sure you'd get better and quicker responses to your queries by
making them clearer, not by pretending your question is more "urgent"
than everybody else's -- and when asking for technical assistance,
expressing a lot of emotion isn't at all productive.

Good luck with your thesis. I hope it's well received.
