I believe the problem is that the sender's email software has included
a character (Octal 222) that is not in fact part of the iso-8859-1
character set that it has indicated in the "Content-Type" line.

The character octal 222 is the right single quotation mark in
the windows-1252 character set which cannot be translated to
latin1. If you run mutt in an Unicode environment it should
work. Of course the character is still wrong, but it looks
similar to an apostrophe. :)
