Displying "Task progress" with AppleScript

I'd like to display the window "Task progress" (Window menu) from within
a script. Once it is displayed, there's no problem to install it the
place I want, but I do not know whether it is possible to have it first
displayed with an AppleScript instruction.
Could someone answer the question?
Needless to say I am a newbie in AppleScript.

TIA
