PNG or JPG writing support in VW 7.3

Hi,

Does anyone know of a package/parcel for generating and writing of PNG/JPEG
images for VW 7? There is support for reading but not writing as far as I
know. I am aware that there is read/write PNG support in Squeak, but as far
as I can tell not in VW.

This is for a web app we are working on, where images need to be created
on-the-fly. We would like to avoid having to go the "long way round" and use
..Net connect/COM Connect or DLL/C Connect.
