Strange keyboard behavior (possible bug)

I have found that sometimes my keyboard de-activates "insert" and it also
changes its schema (for instance, I press = and shows other character) when
using Dolphin XP 5.1.4. When I find the latter problem, I go to a notepad
(or the Windows Run command) and it works perfect.
