He will learn his lessons. Sometimes people are often not aware of
specific things. Every field has its own rules and standards.
Although, one has often to make a judgement of some others
contribution. The hint (concerning his Bigloo code) in the morning
which I gave him does not deserve any attribution.
However, if I had thoroughly tested his posted code and corrected for
some small glitches I would have expected to have my name somehow
mentioned in any of his pages where he compares code.
The latter is not a requirement of mine but that is the way how I
would do it. Programming is *hard* especially writing algorithms. The
undertaking of programming is highly undervalued and deserves more
attention. That is the reason why one should acknowledge the help and
work of others at programming.
