If not can you
recommend a good place to look for ruby developers? I've checked out a
lot of typical sites, like Craigs List (Gigs), but there isn't much ruby
action there.
I tend to use dice.com. One place I worked at was looking for someone,
and dice was the most expensive for the ad, but seemed to get good
results. I like dice as a job-seeker b/c there's no ads or spam
associated with it.
Joel on Software also has a job board you might look at
http://jobs.joelonsoftware.com/ .
The rubynow.com site doesn't have much info about itself, and still
seems somewhat beta.
