And they generally never bother posting twice. So I'd guess this is a
particularly poor spot to try. I think mainly since this mailing list
is world-wide and you are localized to a certain city.

As for where... the standard job sites. If you want just a job done,
try a coder-for-hire type of site, or if you're looking for a staff
member try hotjobs and places like that.
