Where is NOTEPAD on Win XP?

An exec that has worked for a very long time suddenly stopped working.
The line that gets the error is:

Address command "C:\WINNT\NOTEPAD.EXE" Fid

This line is executed only occasionally, so I cannopt be sure when it
last worked properly. However, a search for "notepad.exe" turns up no
matches.

Has Notepad been renamed in Win XP? We upgraded about a year ago and
it's possible that this line hasn't been tested since then.

I know I have Notepad because it is associated with the extensions
".txt" and ".dat" at least. I just can't figure out where the progtram
is that is getting executed when I double-click on a .txt file.
