I have had good experience with WOWGold-USA in the past. I had placed
an order going on three days now still nothing. I did get a message in
the mail through WOW indicating they have to COD items to me via
sending mineral spring water, which I did still nothing. Saw, user
online who I sent items to they never respond. I have sent emails,
tried live help no response. I can understand if company's run out or
are having issues. My problem is lack of customer service. This
company promotes good customer service, good help system and state
they have people staffed 24/7. But, not to respond to support/order
requests is terrible.
