I have Windows XP and 512mb of ram. I am trying to print a PDF that is
3mb as I am trying to print it to 2
different printers at different times it slows everything down. Most of
the time it errors out and everything closes no matter what printer I
am printing to. If you watch the print queue the size increases while
it is sending the PDF to the printer. At the most I got 40 pages out
of 66 to be sent to the printer and while it was sending it to the
printer I am watching the printer queue and the size went up to 1.04gb.
I am wondering what the crap is going on? Is there a driver update that
I need or is it just a PS issue?
1. Are you printing it directly from Adobe Acrobat Reader? Adobe Acrobat
Distiller? Some other application?
2. What version of the application?
3. Is the printer connected directly to your PC, or is it networked?
4. What is the brand and model of the printer?
.
