Need Postscript/Ghostscript consultant

I'm trying to get some specific functionality out of Ghostscript
regarding page orientation and page size. I'm guessing that a custom
setup.ps file will do the trick; it could be something as simple as a
command line config that I haven't stumbled upon yet.
