Modern LispKit Port prerelease

There at last..., not fully tested but looks like it is there...

Many many thanks to the comp.lang.pascal.misc newsgroup for putting up with
me :)

The Pascal code can be found there as a link. Unfortunately there are no
online instructions. There is a two book set called "The LispKit Manual"
availiable in reprint from Amazon.

Hopefully in the near future I will be writting an online manual to be
called "The LispKit Companion" that will cover the LispKit and the SECD
(Stack Environment Code Dump) machine.
