GARBAGE IN GORGEOUS OUT

Does anyone have a copy of this book?

I purchased a copy, but one sector of the disc was bad.
I returned it (exchanged it with another book),
but the same track on that disc was bad too.
It looks like the whole batch was copied from a bad disc.
Does anyone have the disc with all tracks good?
I'd like to obtain a copy of the missing files.
