Create Stand alone application with Labview 7 Express

Hi All,
 
I am using Labview 7 Express and would like to create a stand alone application (.exe) so i can run my code on other computers.
 
I know that creating a stand alone app is fairly easy and there are alot of sources on the net that tell you how to do this. My problem is that these sources tell me to save some stuff (no problem here) and then go to Tools>Build Application or Shared Library (PROBLEM!!!). I don't have this option in the tools menu.
 
Anybody know what i should do?
