Listbox not loading on web host but works fine from home (frontpage).


I have a series of listboxes that work great from home (frontpage) but
from the web host it doesn't work.
the year listbox (the last listbox on the right) should be dynamicaly
populated and select the current year.
I would really appreciate any insight to this problem. here's the
