skyscraper ad staying on current page

Hi,
I am interested in javascript that allows a banner ad (a skyscraper) to
alwas stay on-page even if user scrolls down (so the banner slides down as
well). I googled for it alrady, but could not figure.

please help or provide url references to examples of this.
