A Fortran program, ACM algorithm 680, for computing the Faddeeva
function, which is related to the complex version of the complementary
error function, is available in Forth. See

It is a direct translation from Fortran to Forth, and is not very
pretty, but functional. Using the FSL complex library, it will be
possible to revise the Forth version of this program to be more
readable, elegant, and compact.
