No. When you install the system it runs setup with option I, which
builds the kernel with the same size, and then the W32F system and
applications with that size. The M option rebuilds everything
with the new size, although there are 2 other options; you can use
the B option to remetacompile (not sure if that's a word) the kernel
and extend it into W32F, so only those 2 files (i.e. not the editors
, sample apps, etc) have the new dictionary size or the K option,
which just remetacompiles the kernel (if you want to create a
slimmed down W32F by extending it yourself).

Note: This Setup is the "setup.exe" you'll find in the w32f-folder
after the installation.
