What else?
There are two books that I co-authored for sale on our web site,
www.forth.com. "Forth Application Techniques" ...
...
The other book, "Forth Programmer's Handbook" ...
I second that. I have both books and they are excellent.
Another one:
Pountain's "Object Oriented Forth"
(Quoting from memory, may not be the exact title)
You only missed a dash ;-)
From wikipedia:Pountain, *** (1987). Object-oriented Forth: Implementation of Data
Structures (paperback) (in English), Harcourt Brace Jovanovich. ISBN
0-12-563570-2.
Perhaps difficult to obtain nowadays, but excellent reading.
Of course Object Method order. I've used it but object oriented
16 bit Forth is not everyone's cup of coffee (we Dutch don't drink tea
much).
