I need help with a report

Hello All 2nd posting
I have an app that has six reports. Back when I did it I used strings to
make a paragraph. As time went on the paragraphs got bigger
Now when I need to edit these strings, it's murder
I am sure that there is a better way to add a lot of text to a report.
Can some good sole please point me in the right direction.
Originally created with Clarion 5 then upgraded to Clarion 6.2

Karim I tried using a text field but it wants a data field to associate it
self with.
Thanks

Tony
