OR... If you want to just copy the existing layout of a form in
design-mode,
Give your existing form a new name, right-click, and select "Save As..."
and save it under a new name. Then right-click the project, select
"Add -> Form", and add the original for back into your project.

But if i right click form 3 and select save as form5, i get "form3
(form5.frm)"
When i right-click the project and want to add form3, i get the message thas
this form already exists.
