Just check did their computer had any spyware by using any spyware
detection application. and If u feel that your application is blocked
by the Norton Then check it is security Area.
I hope you application were use your own ActiveX Controls, or Files.
Most of the Blocking security were working by simplly preventing this
ActiveX Layers.
If They used some advance O.S. then check their security
specifications.
Yes, Just made a Analysis under which environment the application is
blocked in your client's place and make it as a testing environment in
your place and find it.
