Sure? I read on the MSDN faq about the express versions (tho im not
sure i remember 100% right), that you can download and (have to?)
register it for free until nov 2006. From then you will have to pay a
small fee. I guess this fee will be really small, as the express
versions are pretty cut down and are intended for students and hobby
programmers .. or newcomers just wanting to have a peek.
So if you got it before nov 2006, its yours, as if you bought it. If
you pay for it after nov 2006 its yours as well, obviously ..
