Hide Reader window when printing from command line

When I try to print a pdf from VB using shell with /t option, Reader
(AcroRd32) opens, his window come on top for a few second, launch the
print process, then disappear.
But since my VB program is used to print many PDF without user
interaction, the Reader window doesn't allow the user to keep working
with his application (Word, Excel, email, ecc.).
Is there a way to print a pdf from VB with Adobe Reader, keeping Reader
window minimized (with no focus) or hidden?

Software used:
VB6
Adobe Reader 7.0.5 (I know that Reader 6 print without showing any
window, but printing is slower)

Sorry for my english
Massimo
