Help with ComboBox

Hello to all! I explain what I want to do: I want to do in visual
BASIC, a combined picture or combobox that leaves data 2 columns
different from a table. that is to say, I want it to do since it makes
the Access, that can simultaneously show in a combined picture data to
you of several columns. In Access if I know to do it, but I need it to
