If I may answer for Ted: the OP posted a half-baked question with no clear
requirements, no sample input, no expected output, and no description of what he
perceived to be the problem. He then went on to ignore the advice of several
people with a long history of posting to this NG in favor of a posting from one
person who, AFAIK has never posted anything here before. He then went on to
insult the regular posters who were doing their best to help him. So, of COURSE
he's using Windoze!
