The question is if this is a serious competition to the existing
operating systems
Windows for good or bad has a massive user base and no real competition
I know of besides Linux
Can OS/2 really make a comeback?
What has it got to offer I can not already get better and/or cheaper in
Winows or Linux?
I know next to nothing about OS/2
What I do know it was supposed to be what Windows became but stopped
midway
Has it made any progress since then?
Windows is coming out with a new version and it is actually very much
improved from what it has been even though they are still not improving
their disastrous file system
Linux of course a much better system is steadily growing and may well
overtake Windows and is also free
I ask again where is the niche for OS/2?
I could not care less what operating system I use as long as it works
properly and does what it is supposed to do
Apple used to be a closed system and not unlike OS/2 a half dead
operating system only weirdos wanted
They are now using Linux so they have given up having their own
Is OS/2 going to do like Apple and include Linux and extend it a bit?
I can not see anyone beeting Windows without Linux
