Empty your disk cache and then bring up the site and play the video. You'll
find the video in your cache.

Thank you Ed. That worked for one file. It created a .flv file in my
Temporary Internet Files folder. However, for the other one, the file
that ends up is a .dat file, which seems to be a useless files type. I
tried renaming it as .flv and I tried .wma, but that didn't seem to
work. Do  you know what the .dat would mean in this case?

No idea. It could be anything.

I also tried Windows Media Recorder. Maybe my DSL internet connection
is too slow, because it ended up very choppy, so it's unusable.

Do you have any other ideas to allow me to save/capture it?

Yes, that's the one I'm trying to get right now. It's the 2nd one,
scroll down, about 6 minutes. (There could be others later)
