Exact table layout algorhythms differ between UAs and you fail to provide
sufficient details. If your Intranet is M$ based and you are using IE
6, ensuring 'quirks mode' and setting the width of the upper left cell
and the height of the bottom cells to '1' or '1%' should suffice.
Otherwise, provide an online test case instead of posting fairly vague
descriptions or snippets of code.
