problem with 3d analist

have a problem with 3D analist:
when I open a 3d theme with 3d analist or a project 3d I riceive the
following message:
"arcview has detected that this project was created with an older version of
arcview and contains costumized GUIs. Do you want the new arcview tools
added to this project? yes/no?"
then I can't work because the 3d scene-view is all white and I don't see
the 3d view
what can I do?
someone can help me?
