All the GFCI's in the house are Pass & Seymore but only this bathroom
has a problem. No problem from other baths or even the kitchen which is
full of CF bulbs and appliances. I recall now that about 3 years ago I
removed the GFCI outlet in there while troubleshooting but it made no
difference. Unplugging everything in there makes no difference.
