Online Help... ugh

I know I can download a 60+MB PDF that is the PSCS4 help,
but I'd really like to find a way to connect opening that
file to pressing F1 for help. As it is now, you have to be
online and, of course, it's slower than having the help
local. This is a real drag when I'm on the road with my
laptop and *not* online... I couldn't find anything in
Preferences or in Help itself that allows changing the F1
behavior to use the local file. A change for the worse, in
my opinion.
