Re: Add "motion-blur" to image
The blur must have a specific direction, ie from left to right or
something like that. The motion blur from PhotoShop only does a blur
without a specific direction; it is as if you take a picture with slow
shutter speed of a car passing you.
Photoshop's motion blur has a direction parameter. You turn the wheel
thingy in the dialog using the mouse.
