elements4 and layer sets

Hello :)
hope to be in topic.
I'm trying elements4 and I have noticed that there isn't layer sets in
this software.
Precisely seems that elements4 can't edit single layers inside a set.
Could someone confirm / deny this? Have you got more informations about
this?
