Can you suggest a good Lightwave book?

Hi Guys,

Got the upgrade to Lightwave 8.5 (9 comming soon so I'm told) from 5.6... God-damn-that's-a-lot-of-buttons!

Anyway the upshot is can anyone recommend a good book to get me started with the new well... everything.
