OT, but I need some help

I know this is OT, but I don't know where else to go for help on this subject.
Maybe some of you here are smart about this and can help me out?
I know I can use other web browsers, but I generally like to use IE for most things,
though I have though I'm not sure that any of this is truely related to one browser or another?
But, I have tried dissabling the popup blockers in the internet options panel as well as in AdAware,
but popups still keep going away the minute they try and pop up, and I NEED some of these popups
to stay! popped up, as they are forms and other things like that that I need to be able to view.
Why can't I view them?
What do I do, and please don't say that I'm "forced" to have to
use some other browser, simply because most people don't like IE :)
I have my own personal reasons for using IE most of the time.

Thanx and you can email me privately, so as to keep this off this forum.
